inkredible Cartridge® cares about the environment:

• Refilling cartridges keeps them out of landfills.
• We recycle old cartridges.
• We use Green Power in our stores and production facility.

Although the main reason people purchase refilled and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges is for the cost savings, purchasing an inkredible Cartridge® is also good for the environment. We are committed to limiting the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and utilize various recycling and green manufacturing processes.

We recycle all of the paper that we use in our production process: Every cartridge that we manufacture in-house is tested on a printer similar to the one in your home or office. We do this to maintain our high quality standard. Unfortunately, we use quite a bit of paper in the process. But rest assured, all of that paper ends up being recycled.

Another way we produce "green" cartridges is by using green power. Through EPB's Green Power program we purchase green power generated by wind, solar, and other renewable energy sources. And while it does cost us a little more to be green, we think it's a small price to pay for protecting our environment and preserving our limited natural resources.

Finally, since most inkredible Cartridges® are made locally in Chattanooga, TN, there are fewer harmful emissions entering the atmosphere due to the shorter transportation associated with each cartridge. Many other manufacturers make their cartridges in places like China, Indonesia, or Mexico and those cartridges then have to be shipped halfway around the world before they reach their destination. This causes a lot of unnecessary pollution!

The bottom line is that when you buy an inkredible Cartridge® you are being environmentally responsible!
